These terms apply to your use of dealcheats.com (the "site"), run by Inteqo Marketing, Inc., a Georgia corporation based in Atlanta ("DealCheats," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What DealCheats is

DealCheats shares deals, promo codes, coupons, product roundups and opinions for general information and entertainment. It isn't professional, financial, medical or safety advice. Always read the product details and reviews on the retailer's site before you buy.

2. Prices, deals and codes change fast

Prices, availability, coupons and promo codes are accurate when posted but can change, sell out or expire at any time, sometimes within minutes. We don't guarantee that any deal, price or code will still be available or will work for you. The price and terms shown by the retailer at checkout are the ones that apply.

3. We don't sell anything

DealCheats doesn't sell products. When you buy something through a link, you're buying from that retailer or seller. Orders, payment, shipping, returns, warranties, product quality and product safety are between you and the retailer or manufacturer, under their terms.

4. Affiliate links

5. Links to other sites

The site links to sites and apps we don't own or control, including Amazon, Joylink, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Pinterest. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

6. Our content

The text, photos, graphics, logos and the DealCheats name on this site belong to Inteqo Marketing, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to share links to our pages and save our pins to Pinterest. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify our content, or use the DealCheats name or logo, without written permission. Product names, logos and images belong to their owners, and showing them here doesn't mean those brands endorse DealCheats.

7. Fair use of the site

Don't try to hack, overload, disrupt or get around the security of the site, don't upload or send anything harmful, and don't scrape or copy the site in a way that burdens it or republishes our content.

8. No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DealCheats and Inteqo Marketing, Inc. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss related to a purchase you make from a third party, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including attorneys' fees.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and using the site after that means you accept it.
